At Gautam Foods, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders so that they reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  1. Orders are generally processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order has been successfully placed.
  4. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email or SMS to track your shipment.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

  1. We ship orders across PAN India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
  2. Estimated delivery time:
  3. Metro Cities: 5–7 working days
  4. Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 working days
  5. Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
  6. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  2. Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping on promotional offers, minimum order value, or specific products.
  3. International shipping is not available at present (only domestic India deliveries).


4. Packaging & Safety

  1. All products are packed in food-grade, hygienic, tamper-proof packaging to ensure freshness and safety.
  2. We take extra care to protect delicate products (like coated sopari, premium mixes) during transit.


5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

  1. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
  2. Courier partner delays
  3. Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  4. Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events
  5. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email/SMS regarding your order status.


6. Wrong/Incomplete Address

  1. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details (including landmark, pin code, contact number).
  2. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.


7. Undelivered Packages

  1. If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
  2. In such cases, re-shipping will be arranged at the customer’s cost.


8. Tracking Your Order

  1. Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking details provided in your email/SMS.
  2. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
